Registration Fee
	Paid at first session only		$25
Evaluation
	Full Evaluation		up to $350
		Comprehensive Academic Testing (1.5-2.5 hours)
		Language Arts (reading, spelling, writing) and Mathematics Contact with school teacher(s) if requested Explanatory meeting with parents (45-60 minutes)
		Written Report (optional)	$150
	Brief Evaluation (cost depends on age & level of student)		up to $175
		Limited Academic Testing (up to 1 hour) One area in detail OR brief overview of Language Arts AND Mathematics Contact with school teacher(s) if requested Explanatory meeting with parents (30 minutes)

Tutoring
	Individual 60-minute session		$55

A 10% discount applies to all tutoring paid for each month in advance by cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover).
Director Services
	Individual 60-minute tutoring		$80
	Parent Conference (30 minutes)		$40
	Written Progress Report		$80
	Consultation with Director (per 60 minutes)		$80
	Workshops and presentations are available on request.
Other Fees
	Charges for materials/photocopies are added to monthly invoices.
	Early drop-off and late pick-up fee (more than 10 minutes)		$15
	Returned check fee		$25
	Late payment fee (received after the 10th of the month)		$15
	Rescheduling / Emergency scheduling fee		$20
Collection fee for 60-day overdue balances is 50% of balance owed added to the original balance.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

CANCELLATIONS

You will receive an invoice before the 1st of each month. It will include a list of the days and times that have been reserved for you. Payment is due upon receipt.

You may cancel any of these appointments without charge if you do so at least 2 business days before your first scheduled session.

You are responsible for paying for your other reserved sessions whether or not you attend them.

RESCHEDULING

Two business days before your first scheduled session of the month, you may reschedule at no extra charge.

With two business days' notice, regular clients can reschedule a reserved session by paying an addtional $20 rescheduling fee.

With less than two business days' notice, rescheduled sessions will incur full fee for the original session, full fee for the newly scheduled session, PLUS a $20 rescheduling fee.

ADDITIONAL SESSIONS

With two business days' notice, you may schedule an additional session at your usual rate.

With less than two business days' notice, we will do what we can to schedule an extra session. A $20 emergency scheduling fee will be charged.

DISCONTINUING TUTORING

We require one week's notice if you wish to discontinue tutoring. You are responsible for paying for that week's session(s) whether or not you come.

We reserve the right to discontinue your tutoring contract for non-payment or excessive cancellations or no-shows. We prefer to work with parents who model responsibility by paying on time and seeing that their children attend consistently.
